Hi Debbi, this recipe would be a great use of zucchini and basil. I have had good luck with OXO brand kitchen tools, and they make several styles of spiralizers.

Well it didn’t go well for us. Too much garlic, too much onion, not enough basil…and I followed the recipe. Oh my goodness, this was fantastic! Will definitely make again through the summer – it’s perfectly light but filling (at least with shrimp and cheese!).

I added some whole wheat spaghetti to mix with the zucchini. Found that just mixing it into the warm pasta was enough. Goes sluggy if you cook the zucchini. Delicious, by the way. I love that everything turns out if I stick to your proportions, Kate.
