Delicious! This was the first time I made gazpacho without tomato juice. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the recipe was. I added hot sauce to make it spicier.

Peeled neither tomatoes or cucumber. Added a little kashmir Chilli powder(warmth without the fire). 6 large toms, 2 large cucumbers, otherwise same ingredients. Topped with a spoonful of Dukkah(like to use on salads and soups. Delicious! Thank you.

This is the second summer that I have made this recipe and I absolutely love it! I have an abundance of cherry tomatoes from the garden and am not a person who cans. I take this recipe, chop all the ingredients, mix it in a large bowl and put it into my Nutri-Bullet. So quick and you do not have to peel the tomatoes! I love the flavor. Makes a great lunch with some wheat crackers and cheese.
