Hi Christine, I don’t have a lot of experience with sourdough discard, so I recommend a recipe specifically formulated for using starter discard.

Hmmm… What about using 3 eggs instead of 2?

I’m not an expert, but on Duncan Hines brownie boxes, it says that 2 eggs will give fudgy brownies and 3 eggs will give more cake-like brownies.
