Had it on New Year’s Eve along with fondue. Our version was arugula, fennel, sun flower seeds, sliced almonds, sliced radish, grated parmajan cheese and the lemon, mustard vinegrette. Excellent! Will make it again!

I made this after buying some arugula at our local farmer’s market. Absolutely delicious—this is now my go to favorite salad! Ready in five minutes. I made this exactly as is. The second time I added some thinly sliced Gala apples. Delicious!
