Really easy and really delicious. Mine were done (on the edge of being burnt) after about 25-30 minutes but maybe that’s just my oven. This is a new favorite sweet potato recipe for me. Will definitely make it again!

Hi Diane, you can reheat at 350F. 5-10 minutes should be enough, depending on how crispy you want them.

Hi Margaret, black beans are already cooked when canned, so I would add them in the last few minutes and mix it up just so they get warmed. I would toss them in additional spices before adding.
