Going to *try again* to make this for our Christmas gathering.

Just got an air-popper. My first time trying a candied/sugar sauce. I did not realize it would solidify so fast….not sure if I boiled the maple syrup too long. So, I have clumpy bits mixed with my popcorn lol. Will try again! Also going to increase the cinnamon a tiny bit, to see if I can get that flavour to come through.

I’ve made between 15-20 different kinds, and this tops them all. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. Popcorn and tahini are my two favorite things, and this is a perfect match.
