I tried this pesto pizza recipe from Cookie and Kate, wow the flavors are so fresh and balanced, you can really taste the brightness of the basil and the creaminess of the mozzarella.

This is a delicious pesto base pizza! I made the pesto in the food processor first, and then without rinsing the processor bowl I made the dough. I had to add a little more flour as there were pesto remnants on the side of the processor bowl, but it made for a delicious pesto-infused crust. I made this as one pizza on a preheated stone lined with parchment paper, and it turned out perfectly. Thanks, Kate, for a wonderful pizza variation!
