Half hour passed… Grandson tasted it and is loving it.

Hi Melba, yes, I’ve experimented with lots of nut butters (you see I have pistachio, pecan, and more!) Walnuts will be slightly bitter but with a rich, deep, earthy flavor. The method would be similar.

Hi Stephanie, just be sure to use unsalted dry roasted peanuts. I have used peanuts from Sprouts, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and they have all been comparable.
