I just read the post notes again where it says that you can change up the nuts and/or seeds.  However, the post states that you&#039;ll need approximately 2 1/2 cups total but the recipe calls for 1 cup of slivered almonds and 1/2 cup of pepitas.  Should it be 2 1/2 cups or 1 1/2 cups of nuts and or seeds.
