Hi Kate, yes the plug in was not scaling consistently, but you can multiply the ingredients to make more than two.

I have made these several times and they always are perfect – I need to make one set gluten free and I looked for Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free. They have regular and One to one gluten free. Which one did you use as there is quite a price difference for just one teaspoon. I bought the Red bag – the one to one is a Blue bag and has the Xanthan Gum already added. I can exchange it if needed. Five dollar price difference!

Unfortunately we got liquid chocolate pudding instead. Don’t get me wrong, we both found the taste to be incredible. But once you flip the ramekins and it’s just a puddle of hot chocolate on your plate, there’s no going back in the oven. So I’m guessing the suggested cooking time was definitely not long enough!
