In reply to Shirley J Hodges. Hi Shirley, you can start with step 3 if you are using riced cauliflower. I haven't tested how the water content might change, but I think it will still work.

the toasted almond addition is brilliant. Without the almonds the dish is pretty “meh” but the added crunch and flavor make this a side that I will make a LOT.

In reply to Marlene. I microwaved it for 5 minutes and then just followed this recipe. The brand I use isn't watery so didn't have to drain it squeeze it.
