I’ve even tried using 1/5 ratio without the lime and I STILL can’t keep the carbonation. It’s not like my kombucha is flat… With a lack of carbonation it just tastes uselessly sour. I think that I should try buying a soda stream and then shake the whole drink, kombucha and all, so it’s super cold and then artificially carbonate the cocktail with said soda stream. That would be quite the show in a bar.
