I’ve been searching sugar free recipes & this one was quite yum but just a bit dry . So went thru the recipe again & I think I forgot to add the hot water, could that be the reason .

A dash of pumpkin spice mixture.
Slightly darker in color (almost like a chocolate cake) and the taste is outta this world, moist, nutty, perfect sweetness. Sliced like a dream. It’s delicious, it’s moist and healthy. I brush some honey on top while the bread is warm.
My favorite mixed ins are dark chocolate chips, grated coconut, walnuts, chopped cranberries, and pistachios. Not all together though

I am actually trying to find a recipe of the banana bread served at all the Mexican resorts. Can’t find anywhere. But at least your recipe came out looking like bread. All others I tried come out raw looking and tasting ( even with the toothpick test).
