Hi Robert, if your air fryer has a broiler setting, that might work. It would need to be about 500F.

Thanks, Kate. Not sure where I can find green tomatoes but I will keep a lookout. And I can substitute some other salsa if all else fails. It just sounds like such a great recipe I want to try it even if I have to cheat a bit!
