I love these! I made the sauce in a big batch to use over the week as I’m going to be eating this salad alongside my dinners. I wasn’t a fan of the sundried tomatoes in the first one, but the rest, no problem. I also added cilantro and am using plain goat cheese instead of parmesan. So so yummy!
