I make this cake all of the time interchanging spice,citrus, and berries. No fail recipe. Always use parchment rounds inside springform pan. I like without glaze and just sprinkling of powder sugar

all of this should really use weights, rather than “an orange.” it’s not precise enough, unfortunately. a reason I would not buy the cookbook.

I thought it sounded good. Unfortunately the flavors were completely incompatible- the spices with the fruit- and somehow it was still very bland.
