But, like commenter Janice, I thought the crust of the apple tart was on the dry side, and the filling lacked something ... maybe vanilla ... maybe a bit of nutmeg instead of just cinnamon ... it just didn&#039;t have enough &#039;oomph&#039; as compared to say an apple crisp, or a crumble. If I try it again, I might add a gluten free oatmeal brown sugar topping. All in all, it has potential.  I give three stars for the crust concept, which I may use again with different filling.]]></description>
