Had never tried Hendrick’s gin (am a Bombay Sapphire girl myself), but I think Hendrick’s is the one for this cocktail. It is smooth and allows the cucumber notes to come through more clearly. Using Bombay yields a good cocktail, but it does have a peppery-bite finish.
