I rarely comment, but this was amazing. I used halved, drained, and washed San Marzano-style tomatoes instead of ripe tomatoes—my family complimented it, saying it tasted meaty. I also meal prepped it by halving and quartering a baked baguette, freezing it in a gallon Ziploc bag, and assembling it quickly before work. Yum!

For me, it turned out great! and much healthier, which was what i wanted.
Also, baked the tomatoes in the oven with a bit of olive oil and balsamic. Turned out wonderful!
