These didn’t work out at all. I feel like the butter was the problem. How is 1 tablespoon of butter measured? 14 grams? Never measured butter like this

These were delicious. I would never have thought of grating the butter, nice idea that worked well. I've also made the almond flour ones, which were a bit different but equally and suprisingly good (given that they are gluten free).

Hi Sharon, step 5 says to toss frozen berries in 1 tsp flour if using, which is not necessary if using fresh. This is to prevent the berries from streaking, so the recipe still comes out if you skip this step, the blueberry color just bleeds. I'n sorry these didn't turn out for you, but the 1 tsp of flour wouldn't have made much of a difference.

I splurged on some Italian flour and organic blueberries for this recipe. But there is something missing from your instructions, so these did not come together well.

You mention two cups of flour, but at the end of the recipe you say to add the additional flour. What additional flour? There is nothing in the instructions saying to divide the two cups of flour and there is no mention of additional flour. I am annoyed that I wasted good ingredients, and my time to make this recipe that doesn't work. And I'm a baker who has made scones many times.
