					<description><![CDATA[I have made stuffed shells before using frozen spinach, but I’ve lost the recipe. I mixed everything by hand before, and since I don’t have a food processor, I’ll be doing that again unless a blender would work. This time I’m using fresh kale. Would it make more sense to chop it up by hand before or after cooking. Not sure if I’m going to boil or sauté. Thanks!]]></description>

There is a really nice balance of flavours and textures, and the dish is somehow perfectly hearty and light at the same time.
