I bought raw (again, in a hurry) and I think that must have been wrong.  House smells great and they are tasty--but a little &#039;chewy&#039; even after 45 minutes plus 5 more at 350 degrees (preheating for you maple tahini popcorn!)  Love your recipes!]]></description>
