I made the mistake of not removing all of the seeds and have very very hot, too hot poppers! I read a couple helpful things you can do is soak the peppers in alcohol like vodka to draw out the hot of the peppers before stuffing. I surely may do that next time! I should have worn gloves as well as my hands were burning all the way to this morning!! Learn from my mistakes wear gloves and remove all of the seeds!!!!

Holy cow, I’ve made this recipe so many times and it’s wildly delicious. This time around I’ve gotten many beets from my CSA and I roasted them and added them to the cream cheese and woah, it was amazing. Just wanted to share. The beets are earthy and they go well with the creamy cheese and the spicy jalapeños.
