Made frittata for the first time ever today using your recipe, it was a smash hit with everyone thank you!
I used a shallow oven dish, asparagus, peas and baby spinach with a little cheddar, chopped parsley & chives. Definitely doing it again!

This all started when I bought a bunch of leeks at our local Farmers’ Market and then wondered what I was going to make with them! I did a search on your website and this came up. I used roasted red pepper, grated zucchini and 2 leeks sliced and lightly sautéed first. My husband and I both really liked it for a casual supper with air fried potatoes and fresh tomatoes. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks for the recipe!

This frittata was very good. And easy! I used 4 eggs and 1/2 cup egg whites, 2% milk, cubed ham and mushrooms, shredded marble cheese. Herbs/spices were thyme, nutmeg, garlic, chives, s&p. Hot sauce on top for mine. Family loved it! Great Christmas morning breakfast with toast and fruit salad.

Thank you so much for sharing this with all of us to try something new! I just made my very first frittata and it turned out amazing! After reviewing some of the comments I tried some things that would never have thought of - Coleman’s Dry Mustard, and chopped carrots. I also added leftover loosely chopped spinach, cherry tomatoes, mini tricolor peppers, along with feta cheese. I didn’t have any milk but used a splash of coconut milk instead. Topped it off with some Parmesan cheese for added flavor. Oh, and I used a deep dish round ceramic pie pan (which I probably didn’t need) but it turned out perfect to lift out with that parchment paper tip that made this recipe one that I can’t wait to make again!!
