This gets raves wherever I bring it. I adjust some of the ingredients to my liking — I use a little less onion, pepper, and cilantro; and I leave out the vinegar. It is so very good.

I buy mild peach salsa at the grocery store, which is lovely and addictive but it goes too fast so I want to make my own now that peaches are in season. Any and all recipes are appreciated !!
